Volunteer Opportunities

  • Assisting with Educational Programs such as field trips and school visits

  • Assisting with various events throughout the year (Heritage Days, Pony Hollow 15k, Motor Mill 5/10k, & many other events)

  • Assisting the Motor Mill Foundation

​

  • Help with maintenance around Osborne or other County Parks

​

  • Gardening & Landscaping in the playscape area

​

  • Clerical tasks in the Nature Center

​

  • And many other activities!

The Importance of Volunteers 

     Volunteers play a large part in helping Clayton County Conservation achieve its mission of promoting the health and general welfare of the people; and encouraging preservation, conservation, education and recreation through responsible use and appreciation of our natural resources and cultural heritage.
